The final deliverable to the community from Bionic is an 11×17 document that describes the conceptual plan, the need for it and the process the community embarked on to come up with the plan.

The plan is divided into three chapters for uploading:

Chapter 1:   Executive Summary, Existing Conditions, Planning Context, Site Context & Project Zones

Chapter 2:  Space Vision, Art & The Loop, Freeway Boundary, Street Improvements, Safety & Circulation

Chapter 3:  Acknowledgments, Appendix: Original Concept Design Phamplet, Process Photos, Workshop Feedback, Design Options
